Unfortunately, after two weeks of use, the left earbud broke, there is a signal receiver error :( The warranty claim description is not clear to me (which email should I print out and attach to the package to be returned?), but I will try my best. I am loyal to the brand, so I ordered the product again. Because one mistake is not necessarily a fatal mistake. One in a million. . .

I love them! Super light while I’m running, as someone who used to run with headphones. The only thing I would advise is that they don’t feel suctioned to your ears if that is something you like. I can definitely hear more of my surrounding because of this which is a feature I like!

I like the comfortable active quality. The case is really large but it does look nice and have a smooth look. But for the price; the sound quality is not good at all. And I usually love the Skullcandy audio quality.
