I have order 6 months package on 28 March 2025 but I decided to cancel my order they told me that I can’t cancel the order but when I receive the order I can send it back to them and they will not pay for return . I send the package back to them and after all I email them like 5 times for my refund at the starting they told me that it takes some time for the refund but after a month they never reply me back now it have Been 5 months which I don’t receive my refund. Do not waste your money or time . They advertise that you can receive a refund if they do not work. I have sent back everything and keep getting brushed off . It has been 4 month and I am met with excuses and have not received my refund . Bad business practice with this company. Not even a phone number you can call. Buyer beware !

Keep buying and trying. Since I started taking Advanced Formula, I haven't noticed any new growth. I already bought approximately 10 bottles? I also take biotin. Started to use in addition "Hair Growth" by Nature's Bounty. Taking just to assure of less hair fallout. However, a hairdresser informed me that if I didn't take all those vitamins, I possibly could have thinner hair. I'll keep researching.
