I order this combo set. Only to have one item delivered the portable milk warmer. Requested a refund and they denied it & saying I got what was advertised. Stated that I paid about 150 for the milk warmer and the breast milk cooler & only got one item. Why would I pay 150 for a milk warmer ? I had to make a separate order and pay for a breast milk cooler because I’m going out of town. Why would I ask for a refund for an item missing and still make a separate purchase for the breast milk cooler. I wouldn’t make another purchase if I had the item. Like ??

This is the best combo for on the go baby feeding. The cooler worked as described & having two separate containers makes it easier to manage portion. The warmer works fast, in just few minutes the milk is ready. Just had issue with shipping but handled so well by the seller. Highly recommended

So I ordered the bundle where you get the breast milk warmer and the milk cooler. But instead I received two milk warmers. And then when I talked with TikTok support nobody could help me return one of the milk warmers and get the milk cooler that I wanted. This makes me not want to order again.
