I set up the air-conditioner per the instructions. Read the manual as suggested before setting up the unit. Plugged it in an it worked great for about a week. I began to smell something that seems like an electrical burning. The outlet was smoking so I immediately shut off the unit and unplugged it. I took pictures and have called the phone number listed in the manual twice. I have yet to hear from the TIKTOK people who sold me the unit.

I was skeptical about buying it especially a single hose portable one. After watching TikTok reviews, I’m glad I got it! My living room turns into an oven during summer. Air conditioner gets nice and cold Even fog up my windows. Only 2 things that I would recommend is have somebody help you get it out of the box without tipping it or cut the box down to remove. And insulate the exhaust tubing with a heat tape because it does get a little warm. In smaller spaces it is a little noisy when the compressor kicks in but nothing unbearable.
