The product is great, it significantly helps to keep my very dry skin well moisturized throughout the day. The problem is with the container that holds this great product. The pump fails to to work and in order to access the product I had to forcefully break off the top and pull the pump out. I ordered two of these products as buy one get one free and both bottles had bad pumps. I gave this three stars because the formula inside is wonderful, but the pump is garbage and that’s where it is right now in the garbage I would easily order this again, but I won’t because of the pump and having to break the container in order to access the product.

I was thinking for a while to try this serum and I wasn't disappointed. It's very easy to put on the skin and leaves it looking nice and feeling so silky.

This serum (at least for me or the batch I received) smells really bad at first, like a really strong alcohol or gasoline type smell, but after it gets rubbed in, the smell completely goes away. It feels nice on the skin after it's worked in - very soft and hydrating feeling, not at all sticky - but not sure if I will keep using it because the smell is so strong and unpleasant at first.

This completely changed my makeup game. I have to use a lot of powder so my skin always looked dry and the maekup cracked after many hours, but using this before and after makeup has both made it look and feel amazing. My favorite product by them.

Just got the serum in the mail and it doesn’t come out of the pump. Priming the pump doesn’t work. I’ve been trying for 15 minutes and nothing.
