Love the thick consistency gets my skin, clean and leaves it soft

This is my first time trying an oil cleanser, and it’s the first cleanser that leaves my skin feeling nourished instead of dry and stripped. Removes makeup and leaves a nice bit of nourishment on my skin after cleansing. Pictures are a before and after cleansing while wearing waterproof makeup.

I have used this for years as the first step in a double cleanse routine. It has always been smooth and gentle at removing my eye makeup. However, this most recent tube has exfoliating grains all throughout that don’t melt and irritate my skin and eyes. Formula change or bad batch?

I’m not sure about this. It does remove my product but feels a little harsh on my skin. I’ve used better cleanser balms.

I was in the market for a very clean and simple ingredients cleanser that was good for sensitive skin and it did not disappoint. I recommend this product every chance I get. Never thought something so gentle could clean so deeply. Has outdone some of my most expensive cleansers.

I like this, I feel like people are confused at what the product is. Most other balms like this are packaged in jars. Being in a tube I didn’t expect it to be such a thick oil balm.

I love this product! I use it twice a day. At night I use it to take off my makeup. In the morning, I use it as a mask while I’m in the shower so my skin stays moisturized. My only complaint is the packaging. I need to cut it open shortly after starting a new bottle. It should be in a tub versus a squeeze bottle. The product is too thick to go through the top of the bottle.

I no longer use other makeup remover! Use this to melt foundations and eye makeup, then cleanse with fulvic acid face wash!

This cleanser is everything. I use it when I double cleanse with the fulvic acid cleanser or by itself. It feels sooooo nice on the skin and melts makeup and dirt away. you can just feel the difference the moment you wash it off! I am hooked.

This could be a really great product. It's gentle, removes makeup well, doesn't smell like anything. But WHY aren't the little oat bits filtered out? There is no point to them being in the product - there's not enough to be an exfoliant, and having any at all means you can't use it directly on the eye area. And yes, the product separates, but I could live with that if it wasn't for the stupid little particles left all over my face after using this stuff.

This is pretty good but I don’t love that’s there’s exfoliating bead in it. For a balm, I’d prefer it just to be that. Otherwise it’s fine but I don’t think I’ll repurchase .

This cleansing balm does everything I need - removes spf and makeup and leaves my skin feeling clean yet moisturized. I can’t do soapy cleansers as they’re too drying and make me breakout. Love this one

I used it to take off my makeup but the oil settled to the cap and it almost had a rancid smell. I just bought it a few weeks ago. Probably won’t be using again.

From a 27 yo female with dry and sensitive skin living in humid subtropical climate - I have really enjoyed this cleansing balm. It is gentle, does not strip the skin, and has removed my mascara very well.
