From the Perfumer We anticipated differing opinions with this scent, especially from aficionados of the dish who might claim it does not resemble pho. We concede, our intent was not to replicate pho seasoning packets. Instead, we opted for a fresh and lightly gourmand interpretation to encapsulate the essence of the dish. The top notes are brimming with fresh herbs that slowly reveal a spicy undertone. A touch of patchouli imparts a hint of umami richness.
