Well I wouldn't know how it is as thry just sent me the free Santa hat and no ball launcher or balls, ripped me off. I dont get it. The free item came in a little bit box all alone so there was no ball launcher sent. Funny how thr hat is in a box all alone with no ball launcher box.

My dog loved this toy from the second we got it out of the box, but she’s always loved fetch so it’s her dream toy. The 3 settings all shoot the same distance, and the thing broke in 3 days, left her heartbroken had to wait 3 weeks for a return.

Writing this review after having the tennis ball launcher for a week. My dog LOVES it! She’s a Mini American Shepherd (about 12lbs) and the balls are the perfect size for her! She wore the machine out the first day (about 3 hours). I would recommend this to all the small ball chasers out there! Still trying to teach my pup to actually drop her ball in the machine, but I know we will get there. My arm sure appreciates the break from throwing for hours on end!

It works well and I have no complaints about the product itself. However, the tennis balls are tiny for my dog. I have a 60 lb golden doodle. It’s almost a choking hazard. This is meant for small dogs under 30 lbs. If you have a larger dog, don’t purchase. I wish they’d include different size balls.

Our pup loves this interactive toy. He hasn’t been able to drop the ball into the top as he’s a little scared by the noise it gives off when it shoots out the ball. Other than that he loves the distance it can throw.

The idea of this toy is awesome however the machine itself is very loud and scares my dog. Also the balls are not regular sized tennis balls but rather miniature balls closer in size to a ping pong ball. I put a regular sized tennis ball next to the included ball in my photo

The balls are not for dogs that chew things. First one was ruined in a second, we are working on not chewing and returning. Other than that it works great
