The first 9 weeks of my pregnancy was really rough I had a lot of nausea, no energy, and my mental health took a major dip. I decided to switch to perelel at about 9weeks of pregnancy when I received my first package I noticed they were prepackaged which made it so easy and convenient because I dislike fussing with vitamin bottles and very easy for travel. When I started perelel it helped so much, my symptoms completely vanished and I was even able to start my workouts once again which also helped with my mental health. I will still have an occasional day that I feel like I can’t get enough sleep but they come around very seldom and I think that also just comes with making a baby. My next shipment will be the 2nd trimester pack I’m very hopeful I will continue to feel great.

I switched from a single pill prenatal to this! So far so good. I like how it is catered towards each cycle of your pregnancy. Customer service is amazing. The smell of the pills are strong but after a while you get use to it.

These prenatals are the best I've tried. I'm on my 6th pregnancy and have taken these since my second. The best part is that everything you need is in one packet. Other prenatals don't have key vitamins that you need, so you have to take extra supplements. Highly recommend Perelel!

Honestly as someone who wants to make sure I’m not only getting the best bang for my buck, but also am getting the best quality for myself and my baby, this company has been wonderful. In past pregnancies I’ve used an all in one vitamin but it always felt like I was missing something my body needed.
