This is by far the BEST electrolyte powder on the market- and trust me I have tried them all. Not only for health reasons per its ingredients, but also it is lighter in flavor/taste; not full of fake sugar flavoring. I loved using it while I was pregnant and continue to do some after baby. I struggle with keeping myself hydrated and this powder has truly been a game changer for me.
