As a double lined lip girl, the contour lip shape works better on me that any other lip liner… it gives me such a natural lip filler hahaha. It’s moisturizing and blends easily! Highly recommended. But despite this the diffuser cap part comes off easily... could you fix it? I would be very grateful. Thank you.

For $24, I’m expecting a lip liner that’s smooth, creamy and a long lasting formula. This is the opposite of all those things. For the amount of money they charge, you get very little product and it doesn’t last AT ALL. I drank a cup of tea and it was completely gone afterwards. I have enjoyed other Rhode products but this one needs to be reevaluated by the creator.

Told me the only way I could get a replacement is if I can read a code etched in the pencil. No problem right? They said you would need a flashlight to see it. So I try and can’t make out the series of numbers. I ask my bf for help, we got to see the etchings but can’t make out the number. They were so rude. I sent them pictures of the pencil, the lid and all the etching I can’t even guess what it is. They won’t replace it. I won’t be purchasing from Rhode again. If they need to see this code make it to where it can be seen.

The product was a Christmas gift for my daughter who is a big fan of Rhode. She is enjoying her lip liner and lip gloss. My daugbter was excited to hear that Rhode is now sold inside Swphora stores. However, we recently to a Sephora store and all products were sold out. I informed my daugbter we'll have to continue ordering directly from your site which is much easier and quite frankly, better.
