We love food and have always believed that healthy meals should not only taste fantastic, but also fuel our bodies. We knew we had to do something. We couldn’t find a healthy pancake mix on the market that we were happy with, so we started working in our kitchen. After 65+ versions, we finally came up with a nutritious, easy-to-prepare, protein-packed pancake mix that our entire family loved. We are proud that FlapJacked has since then become a healthy staple in many active households.
