I mean, it's not my favorite QUAI to wash my hair but it does do what it is advertised and formulated to do. I saw SIGNIFICANT less flakes after using it one time. My hair felt thin and not hydrated, but it's not something I will use everyday. It did its job so I can use as a preventative treatment during the dry weather, and then continue to get the luxurious results I love from my other Quai shampoos and conditioners! Love all the products offered by this awesome company!!

I've been having a hard time finding something that works for my scalp because my occasional flakes are caused by our bipolar weather. So far, this is the best I've found. I love the light, clean fragrance. A little goes a long way. Unlike those sold in drug/department stores, Ouai only takes about the size of a quarter to work up a really good lather. I still use a scalp exfoliator just because I feel it can scrub my scalp better than I can with my fingers. I just let it sit for a couple of minutes on my scalp while I wash my face before rinsing it out & moving on to the Ouai conditioner. This is also another product that I will be purchasing again.
