I did not pay close enough attention to the description of this item. It is just what I buy as soybean curd skin at my local asian store. Not a bad product. You have to realy miss carbs/pasta to use this as spaghetti. It never softens and has the mouth feel of pasta made with flour. If you need something to put sauce over, this will do.

If you are trying to eat keto this spaghetti has a good taste, the only thing is a bit rubbery but I would recommend it if you are cutting carbs and calories in half.
