Great substitution for pasta and lots of added protein!

I want my past whole and not broken in pieces. They don’t do a very good job packaging the product. I honestly don’t even want to try it because it will annoy me that the pasta is broken.

Tastes great. Love that its organic and made of only edamame. Cooks quickly 4-5 minutes. So helpful with food sensitivities. I got the 6pk cuz I knew I'd love it! Super high in protein! 44g!

These edamame noodles are the perfect noodle replacement, especially when you’re on a fitness journey!! The macros are AMAZING 🤩 having these on hand has been a life saver when I’m craving pasta 🍝

Took a chance and got this pasta because the macros were good. They cooked in under 4 minutes and expanded a good size from the size they came from in the box (which I didn’t think they would because it was so skinny in the box lol. Anyways it’s chewy and bouncy when you bite but not gross! W/tofu

Taste is great. The amount of protein per serving is very satiating. The texture is somewhat chewy. I even cooked it longer than the 5min stated on the box and texture was the same. I enjoyed the taste and texture but my children didn't like the texture. Maybe its a personal preference but I will

I am begging you to do udon noodles 🙏 These are the perfect texture, and the vegans will freaking love this 🤩 For everyone else, it's like the exact vibe of a whole grain udon noodle texture-wise, but they're flat. I'm obsessed. I've been using them in peanut peanut sauces. They're great chilled.

I like this product: all the benefits organic. High protein & fiber Non gmo. vegan. Gluten free. Low glycemic index. It cooked in five mins. It twirls on your fork Ike fettuccini. It is a little more chew than traditional pasta. And I like better than protein pastas. Great alternative

My second time reordering! The texture is different from traditional pasta, however this one is much higher in fiber and protein specifically. A great alternative to maximize nutrients!
