"Strawberry Matcha Yogurt Parfait 🍓🍵 Ingredients: 2 teaspoons matcha powder ¼ cup warm water 1 teaspoon honey (optional) ¼ cup Barlean’s Organic Chia Seeds ¼ cup milk of choice 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced (plus extra slices for topping) ½–1 cup yogurt of choice (Greek, plant-based, etc.) Instructions 1. Make the Matcha: In a small bowl, whisk together matcha powder and warm water until smooth and slightly frothy. Whisk in honey, if using. In another bowl, combine chia seeds, matcha mixture, and milk. Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
