I have been using this product for over a year now and although my lips have not continued to get fuller, using the product daily has certainly maintained the fullness! I typically just use the product at bedtime and it moisturizes my lips + maintains my plump. It took around 2 months of consistent use for me to see actual results. And of course, the more you use it, the faster it seems to work (if you are just starting your journey with this). I definitely recommend and will continue buying!
Another thing I will add — I recently bought 3 new tubes and the formula seems WAY more consistent now!! Previously, I never knew how the product would feel. Sometimes it was very oily (which I didn’t love) and other times it was very glossy. They seem to have fixed this issue.

This balm is too runny to be called a balm and not very hydrating. I did not see any noticable plumping results. It irritates my lips, not the usual plumping red kind, but long term bumps on lips.

Customer service determined the product was fresh after I sent pics of the packaging, but it had such an off smell I just decided to toss it. I tried to wear it because I liked the shade but it was just too unpleasant. I purchased a clear version from Sephora that had no scent at all so I’m using that one. I was not impressed with their customer service. Days would go by between emails. I probably won’t buy from this website again.
