Great bagels love the crusty outside and the chew on the inside. Would have been 5 star but the egg bagels lacked some of the chew of the others. However they were all good I do tend to toast mine and that may have made the difference

Our first order from New Yorker Bagels a little disappointed. The bagels came a day late (3 days instead of 2) and the cinnamon raisin bagels didn’t have enough raisins, but that’s my personal opinion. However the bagels were tasty and will order again. Hopefully no more delays and maybe more raisins.

The key is to let a bagel sit on the counter at least a half hour. Start your oven set to 400’. Be patient well worth the wait. Not having any decent bagel places near me I’m thrilled to have these delicious bagels at my beck and call.
