I’ve taken two other brands of magnesium supplements before (one was a pill and robe other, a gummy). Neither didn’t seem to do anything for me. With first Day, I notice that my sleep has been more restful and I actually dream (I usually do not). I feel bad if I forgot to take my gummies (I wake noticing that I feel grumpy/tired) and make sure I take it that night before bed. lol.
I had to withhold one star due to the price. I do not take the mimimim two, and take 4 gummies (did I also mention they taste amazing??)

I was having a problem going to sleep. I am not able to use Melatonin since it causes crazy dreams. I gave this product a try and was happy to find out that it gently puts me to sleep. I'm 54 and in the throes of being post-menopausal! I've had trouble sleeping due to hot flashes and all the other fun things associated with this stage of life. Melatonin gave me wacky dreams, and I didn't want to take OTC sleep aids. After a month of these magnesium gummies, I'm sleeping much better. I wake up less frequently and am less restless at night. Highly recommend!

I have struggled with sleep issues for years., averaging maybe 3 hours of sleep each night. I have tried just about everything including melatonin, Tylenol PM and prescription meds like ambien. I took 2 of the gummies an hour or so before bed and actually slept a good 6 or 7 hours the very first night. I am feeling so much better and able to be more active during the day time.

I like the gummies. They usually help me stay asleep all night. I started with 2 but woke up after 4 hours. I then increased the dose to 3 and that seems to work for me most of the time. I think they taste good and are easy to chew and digest.
My only complaint is that the delivery on new orders take too long.
