I’ve taken two other brands of magnesium supplements before (one was a pill and robe other, a gummy). Neither didn’t seem to do anything for me. With first Day, I notice that my sleep has been more restful and I actually dream (I usually do not). I feel bad if I forgot to take my gummies (I wake noticing that I feel grumpy/tired) and make sure I take it that night before bed. lol.

I was having a problem going to sleep. I am not able to use Melatonin since it causes crazy dreams. I gave this product a try and was happy to find out that it gently puts me to sleep.
