Overall love it! The machine itself is wonderful with many options. It has extra accessories for versatility in cooking options, which is great! The only criticism is that the area between the the glass on the door easily gets crumbs in it and is very difficult to clean out. Regular cleaning is necessary so this is frustrating and I still need to figure out how to clean this area so crumbs keep building. However it comes off to clean inside, its not simple so this would be something to think about in an upgraded model in the future.

It's great I love it it's very easy to use except we didn't get a rotating basket with hours. Oops somebody forgot to put in the rotating basket. Do you think y'all can send us one ?
