Easy and safe to use. I bought this one after my ceramic lid broke on last kettle. I’m happy with this type ( Chefman). It heats a full kettle of water quickly. I won’t have to worry about lid breaking in this one!

Fast boil, short product life The Chefman is very easy to use. I was amazed how quickly the water comes to a boil. The automatic power off feature is also impressive. My only complaint is that part of the seal beneath the rim melted off and plastic bits actually fell into my hot water! I've only had this appliance for a year. I didn't use it often, only occasionally when I had guests over and needed to boil a lot of water for tea quickly. I have since then stopped using the Chefman for fear of ingesting plastic debris.

I have owned now, two electric kettles from chefman. The first was a deluxe version with buttons for temperature adjustment from 175-200 degrees and had zero problems, I had to unfortunately replace it due to unforeseen events. I replaced with the lower grade model and in less than 4 months the sealant from the bottom has come loose and is floating about in the water as it boils. Definitely a health hazard, would recommend the company QC a little better or maybe switch up what to use for the seal at the bottom but this is not ideal.

Awesome Kettle I love my kettle, the black and silver match my kitchen. The water heats really quick and i like that it shuts off automatically if I accidentally forget its boiling and the water runs out.

Glad I made the switch I love it. I love that the part where the water boils is glass. This is replacing my metal electric kettle, that’s not very old, that has weird discoloration in the bottom on the kettle that will not wash off.
