Love it! The only issue I had was my scent bar was cracked during shipping And leaked in the packaging. It has a long cored as well! Love the litter box my kitties love it too, no scooping for me anymore! 10 out of 10 recommend.

We have 4 cats and this has been a huge help! It runs smoothly and keeps the litter box much cleaner than scooping multiple times a day. It’s fairly quiet and easy to set up. Our cats adjusted quickly and we’ve had no issues so far. Definitely worth it for a multi-cat household!

We’ve been using this since the first of December and it’s been great. It’s super easy to disassemble and clean but it’s helpful if you get extra litter liners to help. We only use this litter box in the house and the cats don’t have any trouble with the transition. The app is helpful!

So simple to purchase and shipping was very quick! Installation was a breeze since everything came shipped in place basically. My cats were a little hesitant at first but they adjusted so quick! I love that the app lets you keep track of your cats weight!

After a week with this Litter Robot, I like it but don’t love it. Setup was simple and the app is great, but the safety features don’t work, the globe is small (our 19lb cat barely fits) and the waste drawer is tiny. Fine for our 2 cat home, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than 2 cats.

Received this product damaged. Tried contacting seller with no response. Litter box does work without this piece but does make a very loud noise when dumping. My cats are still getting used to the machine. Stars removed for lack of customer support. **UPDATE** Replacement received.
