Well. I recieved my highly anticipated order today. I have put 10 drops of 5 MTHF under my tongue and I took a saffron pill. Now we wait. Only issue is the saffron capsules had one broken. I included a picture. I can salvage it but I use gel caps all the time and haven't ever had one crack open.
