The counter computer on the stepper did not work upon arrival. Even after replacing the battery, the display does not display correctly and as of yesterday, the computer does not work at all. I have emailed Sunny support five days ago but have not received an answer.

I received the wrong model type, the one I purchased was more expensive than this one and it also it came broken and missing parts. To top it off, I got it on a sale price and it is now drastically more expensive than what I originally paid for so that sucks :/

After 2 uses the wheel has went off track while I was using it and now it doesn’t have any resistance. No matter what I do to adjust the machine. Will not recommend. The parts don’t even fit correctly as you can see in the pictures I have provided.

The base frame needs to be wider as it tips if you are not very careful. Not very safe. Also had 2 plastic pieces busted upon opening box. Really needs rubber caps on frame to hold it still. Came packaged well. Everything was there and in working order. Had booklet and extra battery. Counts steps, calories, time and reps per minutes. Has adjustable tension for steps which is very nice.

Came already Assembled besides the resistance bands. It’s simple, just get it out of box, loosen it up for the resistance you need for steps, and get to going! I am starting new so I get about 5 minutes on and off. I watch my favorite shows and workout. Great way to add to my workout for 2024.
