I purchased all 5 supplements (not using all of them together as there are repeat ingredients!) This one is really yummy...love the raspberry flavor. I did see an increase in my milk supply, though I changed several things all at once (I started taking this along with lactation treats and oatmeal). I took lady leche, milky maiden, and pumping queen together since none of their ingredients overlap. This one has the best combination of ingredients imo. I like that it has anise instead of fennel. Do your research on the different ingredients...this along with pumping queen will be the 2 I stick with for the long haul.

I have never tried the drops yet but I got a bottle to see how it would help me and I don’t see a huge increase of supply but maybe half a 1/4 to 1/2 an ounce extra. Hoping over time it increases more. The taste is not horrible but we have to remember these are basically for medicinal use so medicine never tastes good.

I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my supply with this. I need to be more consistent to see more results I think. Taste is awful though lol like honey flavored NyQuil. But will do what it takes to make sure my little babe is well fed!

I used Milky Mama back in 2019 after having my daughter (first child), it brought my production up after having to go back to work. I was pumping and noticed a decrease in how much I was producing, so I decided to give Milky Mama a try. My production went back up to about 4-6oz per boob. Fast forward to now with my second child and I use Milky Mama again now that I'm pumping again while my son is at daycare and I work from home. I am now producing between 6-8oz per boob. I love everything about Milky Mama (I've had their tea and lemonade as well as brownies and drops). If you notice a dip in your production either because your child isn't latching as much because they prefer a bottle or you're pumping due to having to go back to work, get some Milky Mama products.
