I can’t tell if they help so far because my supply has been inconsistent since I started my milky mama cookies. My diet, water intake, etc have been pretty great so I know not to rely on the supplements completely. They taste pretty ok! I like the way they taste out of the freezer for some reason vs room temp. Haha.
