Our son inLaw has one, so our grandson loves using it and showed us all we needed to do to have velvety chocolate. It is easy to use and easy to clean up. We bought it so he could have his hot chocolate when he came to visit. I have to agree with him though, I thinks the flavor and texture is sublime.

I had this chocolate at a store in Richmond England and have been in love with it since; when I saw the special on your website I jumped on it. packaging was great; no issues. My only disappointment is when I run out as I having a pack everytime I can….BEST CHOCOLATE EVER!!!!!!

The chocolate flakes are excellent. I have only tried the one that is 50% milk chocolate. The chocolate is intense. Excellent, but somewhat intense for me. Have used about 1/4 pack at to make the hot chocolate a little milder. Do love the chocolate. It is amazing. Haven’t tried the regular hot chocolate packets yet. Ordered white Chocolate flakes and will combine with some of the 50% chocolate flakes to create a milder, milk chocolate flavor. They should arrive later this week. Absolutely l...

You have awesome hot chocolate. I have tried 3 so far. I am a big fan of the milky chocolate and the caramel flavored hot chocolate. I especially love that it is not a powder but real chocolate shavings which I think makes your hot chocolate so much better.

We love the Hotel Chocolate & all the different flavors of hot chocolate! First became aware of your products thru YouTube (Chateau Diaries) & as my husband is English we checked out the product and eventually ordered one as well as making a dedicated Chocolate Station. The chocolate is such high quality & very delicious. Our son & daughter-in-law tried ours while visiting & really loved it! Thank you for making such an excellent product.
