this actually is a really great AC. The only downside is, and this might be me, but I got the impression it wouldn't really need any installation. It would just be drop and go, and that is not really the case. I don't wanna screw any bolts in so I had to use it in a different window than I had originally planned. But I have a 1200 square-foot home so that's basically 650 ft.² on the first floor and then the rest is the second floor and my entire first floor is cool and it is 90° out

I don’t normally put reviews. I debated Purchasing an AC unit on TikTok. Unfortunately, I should’ve went with my first instinct to just purchase through target but the shipping was initially supposed to be delivered on the 17th. I received the item on the 22nd. Shipping is not their fault however, this machine is not cold at all. After one night of sweating, I turned it off and slept downstairs in the living room. Very disappointed. It does not get cold at all. It’s similar to a very bad portable AC unit. Now I have to wait, Send this back request a refund and purchase another one.
