I ordered $300 worth of stuff they dumped it in a box. The bottle of glass cleaner was smashed inside with no packaging it was all over the other products I got. I asked three times for a replacement of the glass cleaner. I spent 30 mins cleaning off the other items in the box. Had to file a claim with my credit card because their ai system they use for customer service said it couldn’t return my product because I used it all. No it’s all over the box!!!!! Trash customer service and will not be buying from this company ever again.

Avoid these towels. They are not colorfast at all and bleed onto everything washed with them. Disappointing and they don't take returns.
