I like it because its small compact i use these buckets for the i terior detailing only need 2.5 gallons the water gets dirty quik so i change it out fast

If you know love will keep us together, then you know how long I've been washing cars. As a teenager I had no idea how bad it was to wash with terry or even worse, shop rags. If you remember ripping momma's used towels into small rags for washin' , you know that was murder on a paint job. Then I learned about sponges, and while that was better, around about the time Sedaka was back, along came the famous soft bristle brush - maybe a good idea for about three minutes, then the heat of dark paint or asphalt would melt those bristles and turn that soft bristle brush into a wire wheel. Leave that brush near anything that gives off VOCs and the next time you need it, make a reservation with your cut and polish kit because you are going to need a lot of correction if you use that gnarly melted brush on your paint. The bad news is ALL of those were, and still are, horrible tools for washing your Scooby Mystery Machine. Then comes Chemical Guys with their Plymouth Super Bird Lime Green Wash Mitt. What's the big deal? First, unless you are so far beyond the second six Modelos that you can't find your car anyway, it's almost impossible to drop. This "don't even have to hold onto it" Mano-a-Mitto saves a bunch of time because you don't have to rinse out driveway sand and gravel. Second it is very very very good at trapping grit away from your paint as you wash, then releasing as you rinse in the rinse bucket. NOTE: Pay attention to the instructions! Chemical Guys know the process. Use one bucket for soap, and a second bucket for rinsing. Yeah yeah yeah that means two buckets and two bucket grit separator bottoms (you better get these also) but look - do you really want to scrub scratches into your paint just to save $20 on proper wash gear? Stop thinking like that! Ceramics, wraps, clears, and Toni Tenille's VW Bug all want to avoid scratches!!! Third - These Mitts are mega-affordable so you can get three or four of these and then if you do drop one, toss it aside and get another. Always machine wash thoroughly afterwards and air dry. Such a simple and effective way to reduce the risk for scratches. And one more very important safety tip - Never use these as socks while walking on smooth floors... unless the GoPro is charged and recording of course.

Like most others, this wash mitt holds a ton of your wash solution, but the Chemical Guys mitt somehow seems just a bit better and softer than others I've tried. Another winning product!

This is my sconed wash mitt. These are great for washing as you can maneuver them in places you can't get to with a sponge and you don't have to worry about dropping it because it is a mitt. Win/win.

This product is very effective and is easy to wash and reuse. I have several, so I can ensure no particles can damage the finish by exchanging them when they get dirty. particles are released well using a bucket and dirt guard. I would recommend them!
