This matcha tastes similar to the ceremonial grade Maeda-en matcha except this one is less bitter and i really like that. They are also around the same price point as well so I feel like that this one is way more worth it than the accessible maeda matcha that you can get in store. The packaging is beautiful and the powder is super green!

It is not as green as they advertised it to be. The note is on the vegetable side. It is a little grainy, and it tastes bitter, so I’d say only good for a sweet matcha latte. The price is pretty good per gram tho.

The matcha is very odd as it didn’t have the same texture when making a past I added maybe one table spoon of water in the 3 teaspoons of matcha and it never became pasty it thinned out really fast could not get the foam top no matter how long I whisked in a m shape. The taste very bitter but dissipated one added to any extra water, tea, milk anything could barely taste it.
