Chair does not knead at all. It does vibrate but that's about it. The seat warmer only stays on for about 20 minutes. Definitely wouldn't recommend definitely wouldn't order it again.

had this chair for about a month and the foot part already broke (hair tie holding it in) already sitting on a pillow in it due to it not having much cushion. The massage part digs into your back unless the lumbar pillow is in it but the Pillow did not come with a way to attach onto the chair
