When you first apply the mascara it is very smooth and easy to apply. I like to layer the amount I have on to make my lashes longer and fuller I found this mascara non clumpy and very well for layering. Very much worth the money and I see why it is Jeffree Star approved! 👍👍

I originally received a sample of this mascara. I liked it so much I bought the full-size one. The brush shape does a great job hitting even the tiniest lashes with one stroke. The difference is immediately obvious. Unlike a lot of volumizing mascaras this one goes on smoothly and doesn’t clump your lashes together, even if you go over it more than once. Lashes look full with a single application. I like that this works well for both a clean and polished look as well as a more glam look. You could use this mascara, a little blush and some lip gloss and head out the door. It also looks beautiful with a full face of makeup. This has quickly become one of my favorites!

Forgot to take good pics 😭 Color: Black Onyx Performance: Came off so easily with just miscellar water, doesn’t leave your eyes with black pigment like other mascaras!

My relationship with this mascara is not linear. When I first received it, I was highly skeptical because I am used to using tubing mascaras as they are they only kind that do not flake or smudge throughout the day on me. I wanted to try Haus Labs though as their products are consistently amazing and have yet to disappoint me. This mascara was a bit of an adjustment at first. It felt drier than my other mascaras and took a little bit of getting used to. Despite this, it didn’t feel clumpy or look weird on my lashes. It brushed on beautifully and is able to make my lashes look voluminous while still keeping them nice and separated. I’ve been wearing the mascara for a few months now and I have to say that I HARDLY ever get any fallout with this mascara - which is crazy for me. I’m a sweaty gal that doesn’t set her under eye area and the ONLY time I get some sort of fallout under my eyes is if i’m spending the entire day outdoors in the heat, which I don’t blame the mascara for at all. Never thought I’d fall in love with a non-tubing mascara again!

I was really excited to try this mascara after seeing Jeffery Stars review about it. As soon as I put on the first coat the mascara clumped really bad on my lashes. During a few hours of wearing I had flakes of mascara all over my face. Edit: 15 days. Still being ignored. Still not refunded.

I absolutely love Haus Labs, they’re one of my favorite brands as I appreciate the detail, decisions and ingredients of each product; there isn’t one I have purchased that I haven’t fallen in love with and this is no exception. The packaging is minimal, sleek but aesthetically pleasing, as usual. This wand is unlike any mascara wand that I have ever owned. It has two sides, which you are able to see - the flat side deposits product and the hourglass side fans out your lashes and gives volume. Most times when products say that their wand does two different things, I can never tell a difference but with this, I can 100%! This has a nice and light formula that applies beautifully. I won’t lie, I was a little worried when I saw the amount of product that came out with the wand but I was proven wrong. There is such an even amount distributed without ANY clumping or transfer, I was shocked. It’s not as wet as some other mascara formulas, I find it right in the middle. I’m a 2-3 coat mascara kind of girl because I LOVE long, full lashes but this did just that AND MORE with ONE!! coat! At the end of the day, 10 hours later after watery eyes from the cold and sneezing, there was minimal, and I mean minimal signs of fading but my lashes never felt heavy, never flaked, never transferred .. NOTHING! This is legit magic in a tube and has claimed HG number one spot for me!

C’est si bon!!! This mascara has a lightweight formula that hugs your lashes for a beautiful doll like look. I love that Haus Labs products are wonderful for sensitive eyes, so someone like myself (whose autoimmune affects eyes/eye-site) can still wear amazing vegan formulas, without worrying about harsh chemical reactions. My lashes look like a natural pair of false lashes, but without actually wearing any! A great, buildable formula yet again 💚🖤

Mascara Review I love this mascara. It delivers exactly what so many formulas promise but rarely achieve, full-volume, high-impact lashes with real density and dramatic payoff. The film formation and pigment load are exceptional. My lashes look thick, lifted, and editorial without looking dry or dusty on application. However, there is a formulation stability issue that needs attention. The product does not stay fresh very long and becomes crumbly after limited use, especially when exposed to altitude and cabin pressure changes during air travel. I fly frequently for work, 22 flights this year alone, and I’ve consistently noticed that after flights (Miami to NYC and back, multiple routes), the viscosity changes significantly. The formula appears to thicken prematurely, likely due to volatile solvent evaporation or instability within the wax polymer suspension under pressure variation. Once this happens, the film loses flexibility and begins to flake instead of maintaining cohesive adhesion to the lash fiber. The result is crumbling and fallout even though the initial application is flawless. For context, I’ve worked as a graphic designer in the cosmetics industry for over 30 years with brands including Too Faced, L’OCCITANE, La Prairie, Revlon, and L’Oréal. I have tested hundreds of mascaras across every price point and formulation category. This is genuinely the best mascara performance I have ever experienced in terms of lash impact. But the formula needs improved environmental stability. Frequent flyers should not need to replace a mascara after air travel exposure. I now have to purchase two at a time and wait until arriving at my destination to open a fresh one. Please look at pressure and evaporation tolerance within the formulation or packaging seal integrity because this product is too good not to be reliable. OK, so I thought all mascaras were created equal. I was mistaken. I have forever been a "pink tube" mascara girl. I got a sample of HL's mascara with a purchase I made so I tried it out. LOVED IT. Came back for the full size product and I continue to love it every day. It doesn't bleed onto my lids whether I'm wearing shadow or not. It doesn't wear onto my face (under eyes) when my face gets oilier towards the end of the day. I think this just might be the last mascara I ever own. I've loved ALL of my HL products.
