Let me just start out by saying that this is no regular setting powder. This innovative, softening powder sets your makeup and banishes oil, all whilst being kind to your skin with (my personal fave) fermented arnica. Bonus: it's talc-free, which is much harder to find in the industry than one would think! I have combo skin, and struggle with oiliness in the t-zone. On my full face days, I'll use this all over, and on my more simple days, I'll dab a bit in those oily areas. A full 8-hour day is no match! Regardless of the product underneath, this powder keeps it in place. I had a 12-hour-bridal-party-day as a groomsman and even after the countless photos, rehearsals and dancing... My face didn't budge a bit (pics for proof, of course)! You did it again, Haus Labs! Thank you for this innovation!

I love this loose powder so much! I chose Golden for my Light medium skin. Feels light, soft, looks so beautiful on my skin and it also controls the oil on my skin, no more shiny face! Love the packaging too, so gorgeous! Will be purchasing it again yesss!

Looks a little cakey even though I’m using ALL gauze labs (concealer, foundation, blush stick, highlighter stick). But maybe I just need a slightly darker shade and better brush. I’m currently using a fluffy setting powder sponge for under the eyes and big loose setting powder brush(not from Haus labs) but it still settles into fine lines and looks “off”. I like both radiant and matte looks, so that’s not the problem, but even the ELF radiant setting powder or Morphe matte setting powder seem to look better, but they have an undertone (one pink, the other a “light” skin tone shade). Willing to give it another try in a different shade if and when I have the funds. But I give it three stars because it has worked well just over sunscreen on no makeup days to get rid of oily shine.
