I love this palette. It’s perfect for my minimal makeup days or when I need to be event ready. The eye shadows are buttery & blendable. The glittery shades are so easy to use. The colors in this palette are beautiful. There are a mixture of matte and shimmery shades. Don’t freak out about the shimmery ones. You can easily layer the matte & shimmers together to take the shimmer down a bit, if that bothers you. I start with a medium matte shade using a brush, then taking my finger, I “grab” a shimmer and lay it over the matte shade. It doesn’t look overly sparkly. For reference, I’m 72, have light-medium skin tone in a neutral undertone, blue eyes and blonde hair. The quality of the shadows is wonderful. I don’t have a lot of fall out when using them. The shades work well with my coloring.
