It does it's job but some of my cats are scared of it because it does make a noise when it cleans but not to bad. The 3rd and 4th pictures came out on here sideways the last pictures shows where they are and what I'm talking about they don't match up that's really my only complaint so far

Size is ( length) is not big as expected. Sand always coming out for some reason. My other cat litter model never had this issue. Tray of dirty litter is not full but indicator showing it’s full . Because small mountains of poo in one place. Not spreading in the tray. I love the flat top.

wish there wasn't a gap where the inside drum meets the base (pic). also, this little pullout step accessory is too weak and needs support from the bottom which it does not have. and lastly, if you so happen to bump this little pullout tray and jam it too hard, it somehow cuts out the wifi sensor.

it’s a great product for very small cats, but my 12 pound tabby male cat is too big to get in there and actually turn around in it): it has only happened when he goes #2 but it seems to be smaller than my 90L one. it does try to cycle pretty quick so pee gets smeared pretty bad as well (pic for ref)

Best purchase ive made for my cats. Hands down. Rated 4/5 bc one flaw, the diry litter dumps on the left side of tray so every 2 days I shift the to the right to avoid it overflowing the one half of bottom tray! Thats not a huge issue, no mess no smell, I love it!

I’ve tried to love it but unfortunately my car just doesn’t go all the way in and ends up peeing outside of the litter box. I wish the design kept the cat in. Maybe add a little entry door or lip on the bottom. Probably just a my cst thing but it’s disappointing.

Litter box is not large cat friendly. I have 2 large cats, one is around 22 lbs and one is around 17 lbs, neither of them fit comfortably inside. The entrance of the litter box is very low so if you have kitties that pee closer to the walls of the litter box, they will probably pee right out of it (mine did). The 1 minute clean cycle just continuously ran nonstop, I had to put it on 10 minutes so it’d stop. The litter clumps get stuck in the scooper and smears on its way into the trash bin.

DO NOT BUY THIS. Urine and sand will easily get trapped under the liner. The liner is SCREWED into the inner drum. Hopefully your screws aren't stripped like mine were. Rotates fine, spacious inside but an absolute nightmare to clean.

so far so good!! my cats LOVEEE it and i do too. it cleans everytime they use it and has a deodorizer built in so it's amazing and i can control it all from my phone. no more bad litter smells or constantly cleaning !

the cord would not stay plugged all the way into the base of the litter box, i had to hold it in and down to see if the litter box even worked. i contacted customer service and they were demeaning 0/5 stars if i could simply for that.

Doesnt mask odors as well as it says. And when it dumps the litter, it kind of dumps to the side, so there is a mess to clean up every liner change. But all in all to take a bag out every few days instead of bending and scooping 2x a day, WORTH IT!
