Love the chelated taurate, combined with coenzyme vitamin B6 (P5P) to maximize magnesium utilization.

I like the ingredients and the fact they have 200 mg of magnesium per tablet, but the size of the tablet makes it impossible for me to swallow them with water. I have to swallow them with food, but I want it at bedtime (because magnesium is relaxing) and don't want to eat right before going to sleep! The tablets don't look huge lengthwise, but they are the thickest (widest) tablets I have ever tried.
