Love these! I can't swallow big pills so have to resort to chewables, and this is easily the most delicious magnesium product I've tried (including other gummies and powders). Perfect soft texture, perfect mix of sweet and tart--it's hard to resist taking extra! I also think I notice more difference in my anxiety levels and regularity than with the last brand I used. I weigh 120 pounds and take two gummies per day to stretch the supply. I do wish they were less expensive.
(If anyone at Kal reads this, please bring back the magnesium glycinate chewables too!)
