One star off for the scent. My husband, an old spice user, isn’t a huge fan of the scent but likes this scent better than the mountain pine scent. I hope the men’s line stays and they keep reworking the scent profiles. He says it’s smooth, it goes on clear (you can see where I applied it to my finger in the photo) and that it feels like the traditional deodorant that he’s been used to.

Turns out clove isn't my favorite scent, but that's a me-problem. Otherwise this product works well and very much masks and/or reduces my body odor. However, this may not be the best option if you don't want a heavy (albeit natural) fragrance when you first apply. I haven't noticed staining on my clothes either.
