This product is awesome. I love the raspberry lemonade flavor and the strawberry limeade flavor. I originally got just to stay hydrated, but quickly found out that it is also great for boosting your breastmilk supply. I went from making about 20 to 24 ounces of milk per day extra to 34 ounces of extra milk per day. Not only is hydration great for boosting Your breastmilk supply, but coconut water is great as well which it contains. But if you don’t like coconut flavor, don’t worry… You cannot taste it one bit. The ingredients are super clean with no added sugar and still have a pretty Pink color. 💕
