Love, love, love this facial cleanser! I ran out and had to use an OTC gentle competitor, but my face didn’t feel as clean, nor did the other control the random breakout like this cleanser does.

I’ve used this gentle cleanser for years and really enjoy it in the morning. (I use a stronger one at night to remove makeup and oils.) Lovely scent too. But I am very disappointed in the new packaging. Heavy glass bottle with much less product in it! All SD products have gone to heavy glass bottles (one even broke my sink! Fortunately not my toe). I don’t understand the theory of this — most products are in a bathroom or a suitcase—glass isn’t prudent for either. Not sure I will continue it.

The top/ nozzle on this product is flimsy. Ive never experienced this before but is seems the nozzle material changed to plastic and as soon as i turned it to unlock it the nozzle head came off the bottles. Ive been buying this product since 2020 and have it on subscription. Ive seen the packaging changes it has gone through and this is the first time ive come across this issue. Ive been wanting to purchase a travel size face wash bottle but havent gotten around to it. It would be nice if the company sent me one. Also I recommend changing the travel size bottle from plastic to glass. Maybe doing some sort of mail back refill or ability to purchase refill bags. That would be a nice option.

Cleansers do not stay on long, but the cleansing experience is important. This product did not disappoint. Serum like consistency, smooth, rich, texture provided an elegant cleanse as step 1 or 2 in my morning and evening double cleanse. Gentle but effective. Thank you Shani!

I have fair, sensitive combo skin...I was hesitant to try this cleanser in fear that it would be drying but....WOW OH WOW did it rocked my world! I adore the way my skin feels after cleansing. It leaves skin silky smooth, does not feel stripping and just cleanse properly. I would recommend this cleanser to anyone!! Shani Darden skincare is like nothing else I tried before...truly made my skin look the best it has ever been!
