It’s an amazing introduction to music. We’re enjoying so much learning with it. My son at 3y was playing the flute-his favourite and the bells reading the notes. He loves the pause when we’re clapping. He’s not so much into the bracelet. We will continue with the proposed activities and progression. It would be wonderful that new songs are available once the included are conquered. My son asked for the wheels on the bus. I would have loved the book to be a stand to read the music when it’s open. We put the concertina behind to keep it up. One of the cards came stained and the flute had a grey residue as dust when it came. Other than that the quality of the set is the amazing one we are used to get with the kits. I would like to suggest to include something to listen to different sounds of instruments as a complement to the set. Whatever is on the market is either too noisy, flashy, colourful that becomes overwhelming. Thanks

Quality looks good. My grandson is almost 2 1/2. He loves the concertina, the pan flute, the shakers, and the bells. I’ve shown him the metronome and he was interested but we haven’t used it much yet. He wasn’t interested in the jingle bracelet with wooden handle. I was surprised he was able to play the pan flute but it actually works really well for him. He likes playing the bells and singing with them. I think when he’s about 3 he’ll be ready to start using the music book with the bells and understanding how to follow the color coding. I would love it if Lovevery came out with an “F” and “B” bell as an add on and would buy it in a minute. I get using the pentatonic scale for a child to randomly create music but with the two additional notes as the child gets older he could play multiple simple nursery rhyme songs (twinkle twinkle, 3 blind mice, Mary’s Little Lamb, etc.). I do like the set a lot and am glad I bought it. I set it up in my office next to the piano making it a music room for him.

Absolutely LOVE this set! We got it as subscribers, and my 3 yo instantly started playing with the instruments, passing them off to everyone in the family, and essentially making us a family band. We instantly started making memories, in one of those moments where you can feel it happening. I'm excited for my 1 yo to grow into this set. We've started to guide my 3 yo with the booklet, and he is catching on so quickly with the help of Lovevery's catered materials!

Fantastic set overall. The instruments are colorful and intriguing to young children, my almost 3 year old was able to use all of the instruments-though the color tab pan flute requires the most skill. Her favorites were definitely the pentatonic pat bells and the simple concertina. As a parent I most appreciated the huge guide for teaching beginner musical concepts like beats, and simple songs for older kiddos. The bell set can be loud but isn't annoying by any means, the concertina is pretty loud, it would have been neat to have it make more than one note but I understand it's more about introduction to music. I was worried the flute set would remind me on the recorders we all remember from elementary years but the sound is so much more pleasant! This is a set I can see my oldest using for a long time, and one my 5 month old will be excited to try when she's older!

I write this as my son is currently playing with his newest obsession; BELLS! Wow they thought of everything while making this kit. We are no stranger to the Lovevery toys and yet are always surprised by what they come out with next. This music set will be loved and enjoyed for endless days ahead!

We love this set—my husband is very interested in music and music theory and has been hoping to instill this love in our daughter. We love the Lovevery Music Set! My 18-month-old daughter plays with it every day and loves making her own music. It’s beautifully made and sparks so much creativity. The only downside is that it doesn’t include all the notes, so it’s hard to play some of our favorite songs. Still, it’s a wonderful set that brings a lot of joy to our home!

The instruments are beautiful and mostly engaging. We have quite a few instruments in the house (piano, ukulele, drums, egg shakers, various bells, kazoos) which our 2yo loves playing with. Some of the instruments in this kit are far and above the best of their type that I've seen (e. g. the pan flute, which sounds beautiful and our daughter absolutely loves), while other are merely "pretty good" (e. g. the jingle bracelet, which is beautiful but very quiet and was only briefly interesting to our kid). I'm very excited to continue working through the kit with our daughter (I love the guide for varied ideas on how to approach music as a game), and we've already had some fantastic moments playing with it. We will see whether the kit offers enough depth and variety for her to continue enjoying it in the months and years to come.
