I had a bad reaction in the form of sustained nausea. I tried for 2 weeks then backed off the dose to 1 pill and still nauseous. I think it's just too much of a few of the ingredients, for me. On the flipside, I had a 5 day period instead of 7-8, so I'm not sure if that was a result of this or not. I had much worse cramps though, before and after my period. So, idk, just not for me. Might work for others. Personally I think I'll go back to 2 Flintstone vitamins a day, lol

This is the best electrolyte tablet ever! No slippery taste. No sugary calories. Low in sodium. I cannot drink plain water without gagging but this has made it so easy! It has helped improve my hydration 100%. I am now able to drink the required daily amount of water for my body weight and well being. Thanks Los!
