As I've been saying your products are great but your sight and your customer service sucks. You send emails about a specific subject but the link does not take you to that subject it just takes you to the site where you have to look for it. Plus your subscription length of time do not match the quantity in the bottle quite often. And there are many other issues but I'm getting a headache just thinking about it again. A couple of your customer service people have acknowledged all these things but you don't seem in any hurry to do anything about it. I know you're an old school company with quality old school products but you've got to get into the Modern Age with your site and customer service. Get some computer programmer guys working on your site to get rid of the bugs
