The machine is poorly designed!All it did was make a harden candy accumulation on the sides and spit out sugar all over my counter. There is no burnt sugar on the inside and all along the edges that I can’t get out unless I disassemble the machine Completely.

Ordered a $50 cotton candy machine, received $5 face mask. Submitted a refund request for being sent the wrong item and was denied saying the item description matches what was sent. My dispute is pending but it is ridiculously obvious that this is not what was ordered.

Not designed well. There is not enough room to spin the cotton candy with the guard on top and the already spun cotton candy gets sucked back into the machine because there isn't enough room to spin it.

I am truly satisfied with this machine, and my kids are really happy with it. It makes very tasty cotton candy, and it is very easy to use. I also have young children, and they can prepare it by themselves. It’s a fun activity for them, and I enjoy watching them. It’s really a great product 👍👍👍

I thought it was pretty heavy duty. I have not used it yet because I’m saving it for a party. But it’s just the perfect color for me, and it seems sturdier than the one that I have purchased before. So definitely looking forward to using it at my women’s retreat

I was so excited for this, I got it for my kid for Christmas. The first time we used it it started shooting the burning hot sugar crystals out resulting in some pretty serious burns.

Cute but this is total garbage. Bought for my son’s birthday and didn’t work worth a crap. It only spun a teeny tiny bit. Enough to be a tease and needs to go in the garbage. Totally disappointed because I wanted to use for my daughter’s birthday too. No one could get it to work.
