The cap is not spill-proof, it leaks. Also, the cap is adult-proof proof hard to come off. But overall the product inside is good. But mine spilled so I can't tell you the end results.

I love it, I would like to try in other flavors. My only issue the top is hard to remove(child lock cap). My suggestion would be the dropper top which is easier.

I’ve been forced to take iron for years. All kinds of iron hurt my stomach now. I was hoping this would be different. I was so sure this would work I purchased 2 bottles. I’ve taken it twice, both times I had a stomach ache that lasted hours after. I was not able to take long enough to see results.
