The interior is great. But I have never owned a suitcase with a zipper that felt so...flimsy? After my first trip, worrying the zipper would split every time I closed it, I wish I had spent the extra money and stuck with Victorinox. Even packed at normal capacity the zipper struggles and as a monthly traveler I do not think this will be a suitcase with a very long life. Which is just not acceptable for luggage at this price point. And if you have ever sat on your suitcase to close it because you just had to pick up that last gift from your trip, you may end up very disappointed.

I have traveled around the world multiple times for work and the Away bags are resilient. I'm also very grateful to Away for replacing the bag when severely damaged by the airline.

I used this luggage I ordered online for a shorter business trip for five days and it is great for me. Quality superb. I ordered olive green suitcase to match with olive green trunk but surprisingly I got delivered with this suitcase that was brighter in color. I exchanged it for a new one at the store a few days later that matched the trunk in color and now I am fine. It would help if before shipping it was checked.

The 2 x white gloss cases we bought for our trip to Peru were ruined after the first trip. The gloss surface is not fit for purpose - it might look good aesthetically in the store, but function wise they simply don't maintain their surface - being thrown on and off belts and tricks scratched them badly.

I have had the carryon size of this bag for a few years and have loved it! I had another brand larger bag that was a bit beaten up and when it came time to replace it I had to choose the Away bag. It looks nice and is durable and the company stands behind their product.

I'm returning the Medium suitcase, since I purchased the Large and used it on one trip. It came back scuffed up with white patches all over it. For the price, it seems like it should hold up better.

I Love how the luggage has its own lock you can set up - you know that all your personal belongings are safe and secured. I like the little things that come with the luggage, like the laundry bag and the magic eraser to clean up marks on the outter luggage. Love it!
