I have been looking for the perfect non toxic black liquid eyeliner with a brush tip for awhile now and I finally found it!! It is the thinnest smoothest eyeliner, and it is smudge proof!! It is not waterproof at all. But if you powder before and use setting spray afterwards you should be good!
