Nice tea, refreshing. But boy do I have trouble detecting lemon here. It's pleasantly sweet and light, but I don't get any tartness or citrus that I would expect from a lemon tea. I know that some teas are more subtle than others, and this isn't bad- it's just not what I read looking for in a lemon souffle tea.

This is the perfect lemon tea, it is soft and flavorful without that acidic taste like lemon cleaner. It’s great in the afternoon but I love it best after dinner.

Let me preface this by saying I’m a new? inexperienced? amateur? tea drinker. So - I bought this tea on a whim, to round out my purchase. It was the third of five that I tried when I got my shipment. The other two (ginger blueberry and Casablanca) were lovely. I haven’t found my words to review them yet, but lovely. The lemon soufflé is just a straight NO for me. It tastes medicinal. It smells medicinal (from halfway across the room). I used about a teaspoon, in a steepster, and the water was 212°. And I timed the steep for 7 minutes. 8-10oz of water. No sweetener (I rarely use sweetener). I’m so sad that I have a dud in this purchase. I’d say ‘maybe I’m getting sick’ - but the other two tasted how I expected them to when smelling them. I will have one or two other people in my house try it - and I’ll revisit it in a week or so.

This tea is awesome! I can drink this any time of the day. It does not have a strong Rooibos or lemon taste, just a perfect balance.

Not a huge tea drinker, but I have tried many, many non-caffeinated teas. This one stuck with me and have been drinking it for years. Also, I've given it to many friends who also love it. I don't really get the name, lemon souffle, since I'm not sure I taste anything like lemon in it. But, no matter. Still My personal favorite.

Imagine drinking lemon meringue pie. This is like a dessert you drink and tastes like the pie. It is not tart, but has a pleasant lemony essence. It is nice to have when you want something caffeine free.
