I have pretty thin hair that struggles to grow and acne prone skin that responds very poorly to biotin. I really like that these are biotin free, which is hard to find in a hair growth supplement. I have seen a lot of new baby hairs that are starting to grow in! I’ve been on these for about 3 months now, and am excited to see how they do moving forward!
